What We Do
We are here to assist the beginner athlete training for his/her first 5k to professsional athletes.
Uncovering any muscle imbalance that may inhibit performance and lead to injury is a major goal for us. Stretching a muscle may actually lead to more weakness unless we uncover WHY the muscle is “tight”. We do this through Muscle Activation Techniquesᵀᴹ (MATᵀᴹ) which involves simple range of motion and strength testing with isometrics and palpation.
